Our deep drawn parts are formed by drawing a sheet metal blank around a punch as it's pulled through a die. To get a sense of the deep drawn products we make, browse through the examples below. Some of these examples represent multiple draws, which achieve deeper results. You'll also see examples of our secondary operations, such as dip brazing, anodizing, iriditing, CNC machining, heat treating, piercing, blanking, forming, Heliarc® welding, painting (wet & powder), metal spinning & spot welding.
